About Johanna & OSF

Originator of Ecstatic Dance Zurich & Ecstatic Dance Festival Switzerland - Passionate Dancer & DJ - Devoted Mum - Certified OSF teacher - Evolving Space Holder & Sound Healer.

Johanna will guide you through an Open Source Forms (OSF) class. OSF offers a way to experience and empower the creative self and the dancing body, tapping into one’s own imagination, intuition and knowledge.

The practice has developed from the basic idea that by releasing learned patterns of tension, preconceptions, and expectations, we can tap into our own patterns inherent process and potential. Through this, we may cultivate a deeper sense of connection with others, and ourselves achieving a vibrant state of being.

About Matteo & Playfight

Matteo Tangi created his own lineage of Playfight, based on the wish to enable us adults to experience the fun, joy and deep connection we experienced in the playful fighting during our childhood. May we can implement this playful practice into our Ecstatic Dance practice.

About Greg & CI workshop

Gregoire will introduce you to contact improvisation (CI) basics, guide a juicy collective warm-up leading to an ecstatic jam flow. The workshop will mix basic technique with intuitive movement, as we learn to activate facia, enter symbioses, special awareness, give weight & lifts.
