CouplesART - Relationship by Design, not Default.

Relationship by Design, not Default.

You truly love your partner BUT:

Sometimes you feel misunderstood in your relationship?
Or like your partner just doesn’t “get” what you need, even though it seems obvious to you?

This is your space to slow down and talk about the things that really matter but often go unspoken:
What does being faithful mean to us?
How do we want to react to conflict—especially when we’re hurt?
How do we give and receive criticism in ways that feel respectful?
How do we want to show up for one another in times of crisis?
What happens if we ever break up?

We all grow up with different ideas about what love, support, or closeness should look like.
What feels normal to one person might feel totally off to another.

For one, “playing tennis” means a tournament with pristine rackets.
For the other, it’s knocking a ball around in the backyard.
And that same kind of mismatch shows up in relationships too—
in how we offer care, handle emotions, or even define trust.

Add to that: society has its own rules—about what love should look like, how a “real couple” behaves, or who gets to decide what’s right.
But your relationship is yours. And you get to shape it together.

You’ll mostly work with your partner in guided 1:1 conversations, with some group sharing and creative exercises along the way.
You’ll also explore questions like:
How much independence do we want?
How do we want to grow, explore, and change—together and as individuals?
What do we want intimacy, play, and support to look like over time?

This is about creating clarity, connection, and shared understanding.
Not a rigid contract—but a living, breathing reflection of the relationship you want to build.

Choose your relationship by design, not by default.
Come with curiosity. Leave with clarity and your own relationship agreement.

Who are we?
Charlot & Chris. She's a psychologist, he's a PHD engineer. She starts her Sunday with Disney movies, he with biohacking experiments. She swears by vegetables, he swears by pure butter. She dances zouk in Mexico, he learns shamanism in Peru.
Despite all our differences, we have something much more important in common: openness, honesty and a relation agreement that brought us even closer together.

Workshop language: German & English.
Registration only possible in pairs.
